Sales and Distribution Director

We are seeking a seasoned Asset Management professional to lead our Sales and Distribution efforts in the GCC and Asian markets.
This role requires a proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies to expand the client base and increase assets under management (AUM). The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Asset Management industry, a strong network of contacts within the region, and at least 15 years of experience working for a leading financial institution.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the client base in the GCC and Asia
- Oversee relationships with institutional and retail clients
- Identify growth opportunities across product lines and enhance distribution channels
- Collaborate with investment teams to align products with client needs
- Manage a sales team and ensure regulatory compliance in all sales activities
- At least 15 years of experience working for a leading financial institution, covering Institutional & HNW clients
- Extensive knowledge of the Asset Management industry
- Existing network of contacts within the GCC and ASIA
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
