Sales Engineer North UK

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at Witan Search, a leading global specialist in metalworking fluids. Based in the North of England, this role offers a stimulating international working environment and opportunities for career development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and distributors, managing sales and marketing activities, and providing technical support to customers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organising sales activities, visiting key customers and distributors, and supporting the sales team.
- Managing large accounts, developing growth strategies, and negotiating pricing agreements.
- Creatings new business opportunities, identifying new markets for products and services.
- Collecting market data, reporting trends, and updating the CRM database.
- Implementing sales programs, managing agreed territories, and negotiating local contracts.
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemical or Technical Engineering, with several years of commercial experience in the B2B consumable goods industry.
- Experience in Metal Working Fluids or Industrial Lubricants.
- Excellent communication, selling, and presentation skills, with analytical abilities.
- Flexible mind, able to work in different cultures.
