Role Purpose:

We are seeking an ambitious sales professional to cover the North of England, Scotland, and North Wales. The ideal candidate will drive sales performance, manage client relationships, and gain experience necessary for leadership. This role is suitable for someone with strong sales acumen and leadership potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Performance: Actively engage in sales activities to meet or exceed individual and company sales targets and KPIs. This includes prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, CRM maintenance, and closing deals.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and new clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering loyalty.
  3. Partner Relationship Management: Understand and build on our relationship with partners and 3rd parties to foster new partner relationships.
  4. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Prepare reports on sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  5. Marketing Support: Manage and attend exhibitions, events, etc., to promote business and services and develop new relationships.
  6. Personal Marketing: Maintain and promote a presence on social media to highlight company services and projects.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure alignment between individual sales efforts and broader company objectives.
  8. Professional Development: Continuously improve sales skills and industry knowledge.
