Sales Director Education Sector

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Director to lead our education sales team in the North West region. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued growth and success.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong relationships with educational institutions, and identifying new business opportunities. With a deep understanding of the North West market and its trends, you will be able to develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet regional targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including schools, educational institutions, and individual families
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar role, preferably within the education or services sector
- Strong understanding of the North West market, with a network of contacts in the education sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to analyse data and generate sales reports
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
