About the Job Description

This role involves working as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.

The salary for this role is £26,000 per annum, plus benefits, including a comprehensive rewards package and opportunities for growth and development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure an exceptional standard of customer care, adhering to company procedures, health and safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Promote all areas of the Club and understand departmental specific operations and services to explain and guide guests during their visit.
