Job Description
As a Night Senior Care Assistant at HC-One, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of others.

About the Job
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team. As a Night Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for leading a team of care assistants, planning and implementing care plans, and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents. You will also be involved in providing physical and mental stimulation, administering medication, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of care assistants and promote a positive working environment
* Plan and implement care plans to meet residents' physical and emotional needs
* Administer medication and maintain accurate records
* Provide physical and mental stimulation, including activities and exercises tailored to residents' interests and abilities
* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements
* Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care (or equivalent)
* Ability to work towards Level 3 qualification
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Commitment to safeguarding and protecting vulnerable adults
