As a Senior Children's Registered Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organisation and contributing to our mission to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our service users.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and education, with a Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce Diploma (or equivalent) and either hold or be committed to completing their Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health & Social Care, Children & Young People Services. They will also have a minimum of two years' experience working in social care and possess knowledge of legislation and Ofsted requirements.

Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including company pension scheme, travel expenses, Blue Light Card discounts, free on-site parking, and mileage reimbursement.
