We are seeking passionate and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. This role requires adaptability, kindness, and a commitment to putting others first.

The Role

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing companionship, support with personal care, and assisting with daily living tasks. This may include helping with mobility, overseeing medication, and running errands. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that their care plan is tailored to meet their individual requirements.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive induction program, we also offer ongoing training and development opportunities to help you progress in your career. Our benefits package includes paid mileage, early pay app, and a refer-a-friend scheme.

Our care assistants are directly employed by us, giving you access to holiday entitlement and our pension scheme. We also offer apprenticeship opportunities and support to complete nationally recognised qualifications. Your career development is important to us, and we can help you achieve your goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle. You must also have the Right to Work in the UK, as we cannot offer Health and Care Worker visas. A caring and patient nature is essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
