About the Role
As a Night Senior Care Assistant at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. This is a rewarding role that requires a caring and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and implement care plans to meet residents' physical and emotional needs
* Administer medication and maintain accurate records
* Lead a team of care assistants and promote a positive working environment
* Provide physical and mental stimulation, including activities and exercises tailored to residents' interests and abilities
* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements
* Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care (or equivalent)
* Ability to work towards Level 3 qualification
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Commitment to safeguarding and protecting vulnerable adults

* Competitive salary (£) £24,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
