About the Role:
  • Take on leadership roles, mentoring junior staff and contributing to the development of our care home teams.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of care plans, ensuring individualised care for Residents.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of compassion, kindness, and respect within the care home.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
