Progressive Care UK Limited is seeking an experienced and passionate individual to fill the role of Family Assessment Deputy Manager at our Family Assessment Centre in Stalybridge.

This exciting opportunity allows you to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the management of our services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and developing strategies to improve outcomes.

About the Role:

  • To work collaboratively with the Management Team to ensure the effective delivery of our services.
  • To provide leadership and guidance to staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • To develop and implement policies and procedures that align with our organisational values and goals.
  • To build strong relationships with local authorities, stakeholders, and partner agencies to promote our services and achieve mutual benefits.
  • To manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring the efficient use of allocated funds.
  • To contribute to the development of our services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience in a management or leadership role within the social care sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritising tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Knowledge of current legislation and policies governing the social care sector.
