Care Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Care Manager to join our team at Helping Hands, a leading provider of adult care services in the UK. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a branch, ensuring that it operates efficiently and provides the highest standard of care to customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the branch to ensure it meets quality and regulatory standards.
  • Hold the CQC/CIW registration and maintain compliance with guidelines.
  • Pursue new business opportunities to drive commercial growth.
  • Implement policies and procedures effectively within the branch.
  • Support staff and carers with training and development.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need a level 5 NVQ in Management in care or willingness to work towards achieving this. You should have knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance, as well as experience working in the care sector at management level. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also required.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
