Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated Registered Care Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care services to our customers while driving business growth and expansion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading the branch team to achieve operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
  • Maintaining CQC/CIW registration and adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive commercial growth and expansion.
  • Coaching and mentoring staff and carers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need a level 5 NVQ in Management in care or be willing to work towards achieving it. You should also have experience in care management, knowledge of CQC/CIW guidelines, and a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
