We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Family Assessment Centre Leader in Stalybridge. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting children and their families.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement effective family assessment strategies to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and their families.
  • Lead a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our service users.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is up to £42,000 per annum, which includes a competitive pension scheme, life assurance, and generous annual leave allowance.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in family assessments and a proven track record of achieving excellent outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with service users, colleagues, and external partners.
