HR Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced operational leader to join our team as HR Operations Manager. As the key point of contact for all HR-related matters, you will drive a wide range of people and operations functions, including employee relations, recruitment, training, and development initiatives.
About the Role
- Oversee hiring and onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration into our company culture.
- Design and deliver tailored training programs, updating material regularly to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with managers to identify employee training needs, monitoring and improving performance, particularly in sales targets and billings.
- Conduct group workshops, coaching sessions, and provide ongoing support through regular 121s and performance appraisals.
- Foster a positive company culture by promoting initiatives, incentives, and strategies that align with our mission, vision, values, and desired behaviours.
- Manage HR record keeping using HRIS, including absenteeism and leave management.
- Support employee relations, offering guidance to employees and managers regarding disciplinary, grievance, and disputes.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support inspections related to REC and government regulations, ensuring the required standard is upheld in daily operations.
- Assist with complex candidate compliance and background checking on behalf of recruitment agency clients.
- Collaborate with directors to handle grievances and disciplinary processes related to quality issues with employees at all levels.
