Job Title: Deputy Head Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Head Housekeeper to join our team at THE PIG in the Cotswolds.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head Housekeeper in the efficient running of the housekeeping team. This will involve assisting with the development and management of a team of Room Attendants and Linen Porters, as well as ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Housekeeper in the management of the housekeeping team
  • Support the development and training of Room Attendants and Linen Porters
  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel
  • Liaise with the maintenance team to ensure that all equipment and furnishings are in good working order
  • Manage all linen, deliveries, and stock
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is able to work well under pressure and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a housekeeping team and will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.
