Deputy Head Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Head Housekeeper to support our Head Housekeeper in the efficient management of our housekeeping team.

As Deputy Head Housekeeper, you will play a key role in assisting the Head Housekeeper in developing and implementing effective housekeeping strategies, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Housekeeper in the management of the housekeeping team, including training, development, and performance management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of housekeeping policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and productive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of housekeeping services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Deputy Head Housekeeper or in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
