Job Description
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a psychological services manager to join a dynamic team in a leading mental health hospital based in Surrey. The successful candidate will oversee the provision of high-quality services to clients, develop new initiatives within the organization, and support staff supervision and facilitation of client-related work.

About the Role
The role involves managing a team of professionals to deliver specialized psychological services, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans, and delivering training to staff and stakeholders. A strong background in psychology, experience in mental health settings, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the provision of high-quality psychological services to clients
* Develop and implement new initiatives within the mental health hospital
* Manage a team of professionals to deliver specialized psychological services
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
* Deliver training to staff and stakeholders on various topics, including psychological principles and practices
* Ensure adherence to Clinical Governance and operational policies while maintaining autonomy as required

Requirements
* Master's degree in Psychology or related field
* Registered with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council)
* Proven experience in mental health settings, preferably in a leadership role
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
* Additional expertise in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) is desirable

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is £58,000 per annum, pro rata. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive flexible working arrangements, contributory pension scheme, and opportunities for further training and development.
