Job Overview

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Psychologist to join our mental health team based in the Dorking, Surrey area. As a highly skilled professional, you will work with males of working age experiencing an acute mental health episode, providing specialist psychological assessments and interventions.

About the Role

This permanent part-time position offers a competitive salary of £58,000 pro rata. You will be responsible for providing highly specialist psychological assessments and interventions to clients and their families, as well as offering indirect clinical services such as advice and consultation to colleagues and other professionals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to promote client recovery and well-being
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care coordination
  • Support staff supervision and training to enhance clinical skills
  • Develop and deliver research and evaluation processes to inform clinical practice
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Registration with the HCPC
  • Demonstrable previous professional practice experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
