Mental Health Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at a male Mental Health hospital in Dorking. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with mental health needs.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RMN to work in a well-respected service, offering a positive and friendly staff culture, excellent staff to patient ratio, and a good CQC rating. The successful candidate will have a relevant nursing qualification (RMN), a valid NMC registration, and eligibility to live and work in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualised care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Up to £37,455 per annum + weekend and night enhancements
- An in-depth and structured 2-week induction programme
- Free meals and parking
- Pension contribution
- A minimum of 6 months of mental health experience as a nurse in the UK
- A valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
