Join Our Team

We are seeking an experienced Senior Psychologist to join our dynamic mental health team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality psychological services to clients and their families.

About the Position

This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering a competitive salary of £58,000 pro rata. You will be responsible for providing highly specialist psychological assessments and interventions, as well as offering indirect clinical services such as advice and consultation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive psychological assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Offer individual and group therapy sessions to promote client recovery and well-being
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care coordination
  • Support staff supervision and training to enhance clinical skills
  • Develop and deliver research and evaluation processes to inform clinical practice
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Registration with the HCPC
  • Demonstrable previous professional practice experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
