Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Support Worker for Children with SEN, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing evidence-based assessments and interventions to support the needs of children with SEN
  • Creating communication profiles and contributing to placement plans
  • Delivering a range of interventions, including one-to-one and group sessions
  • Observing in school settings and co-facilitating staff training
  • Attending multi-agency meetings and contributing to service development

You will work closely with our education teams, using your expertise to develop bespoke interventions and support strategies that cater to the diverse needs of our students. With a salary of £24,375 per annum, FTE, plus benefits, you will enjoy a competitive package and opportunities for professional development.

To succeed in this role, you will require a degree or equivalent qualification, as well as experience of working within an educational setting and knowledge and understanding of working with children and young people with SEN.
