Job Summary

The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Receptionist to join our team. As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all activities and tasks of the reception desk are completed at night according to hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide warm and courteous service to all guests upon check-in and check-out, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • To complete all reception procedures as per night shift task list and policy and procedure, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • To coordinate guest requests with other departments in a timely manner, ensuring that all needs are met and exceeded.
  • To handle all cashier transactions accurately and according to hotel standards, maintaining a high level of financial integrity.
  • To handle reservations in the correct manner, ensuring that all relevant details are taken and recorded accurately.
  • To assist the Night Duty Manager with night audit and to carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the Front Office Manager.
