**Position: Night Receptionist**

**Client: A luxury 5-star hotel nestled in the heart of London**

As a Night Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the impeccable standards of 5-star service that our client is renowned for. Your warm and welcoming demeanour will be crucial in ensuring that guests experience exceptional service around the clock.

**Key Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Night Receptionist in luxury hotels.

Proficiency in using Opera, the preferred Property Management System.

Commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience during the night shift.

**Responsibilities**:
Greet and assist guests with a warm and friendly attitude.

Utilize your expertise in Opera to handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.

Ensure the safety and security of guests during the night hours.

Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Collaborate with the hotel team to uphold the standards of luxury and excellence.

Ensure all guests have a positive stay at the hotel. This will involve building relationships, providing an enjoyable check-in experience, and going above and beyond to ensure all guest expectations are not only met but also exceeded.
