A Night Receptionist is an essential role within The Prince Akatoki, a leading global hospitality group. We are looking for a talented and passionate hospitality professional to join our team and help us create the future of hospitality.

As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for handling complaints or queries with immediate action, ensuring the Front of House is presentable to the highest standard at all times, and providing excellent guest liaison and client loyalty development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling complaints or queries with immediate action and thorough follow-up to guests
  • Ensuring the Front of House is presentable to the highest standard at all times
  • Providing excellent guest liaison and client loyalty development, including greeting guests by name and resolving any queries that may arise
  • Ensuring full preparation is taken place for all VIP arrivals each day
  • Providing thorough handover to the Front of House team and other departmental representatives

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • Positive, upbeat attitude with the ability to make guests feel at home
  • Fully flexible attitude towards work
  • Organised and good time management
  • At least one year's experience in a luxury hotel as a receptionist or night receptionist
  • Knowledge of Opera
  • Strong area knowledge of central London and local attractions
