As a Night Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that all guests receive a personalized and memorable experience during their stay.
  • Setting the scene for their stay and anticipating their needs.
  • Completing tasks accurately and within given deadlines.
  • Ensuring the hotel remains safe throughout the night.
  • Providing support to the hotel team and carrying out additional Maintenance, F&B, and HSK roles.
  • Dealing with complaints quickly and efficiently and finding suitable solutions.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related activity.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Spanish knowledge desirable.
  • Knowledge of the Opera system.

The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
