Therapeutic Care Worker Role
We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Care Worker to join our team at Earthsea House in Norfolk. As a Therapeutic Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic support to children in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain safe, supportive, and nurturing relationships with children.
- Work collaboratively with external stakeholders to meet the needs of children in our care.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture.
Requirements:
- Experience of working with children therapeutically or in a residential setting.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare and well-being of children.
What We Offer:

- 45 working hours per week plus sleep-in duties.
About Us:
Childhood First is a teaching organisation that provides placements for up to ten children aged between 5 to 10 years. We are committed to safeguarding children and follow safer recruitment guidelines.
