Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at POST Recruitment. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular account reviews with customers to demonstrate value and ROI
  • Ensure customers are kept informed about new products and services, and have a clear understanding of our pricing structure
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
  • Utilize the Consultative Sales Process to connect with customers, gather requirements, provide insights, and recommend products
  • Offer product support and deliver training to customers
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends to support customers with challenges and opportunities
  • Maintain a CRM database of customers and work closely with internal teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a field-based Key Account Manager role
  • Experience selling services rather than tangible products
  • Experience dealing with complex data
  • Experience planning sales territories
  • B2B sales experience is essential
  • Experience applying a sales methodology, such as Challenger, SPIN, or SNAP
