Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at POST Recruitment. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular account reviews with customers to demonstrate value and ROI
- Ensure customers are kept informed about new products and services, and have a clear understanding of our pricing structure
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
- Utilize the Consultative Sales Process to connect with customers, gather requirements, provide insights, and recommend products
- Offer product support and deliver training to customers
- Stay up-to-date with market trends to support customers with challenges and opportunities
- Maintain a CRM database of customers and work closely with internal teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a field-based Key Account Manager role
- Experience selling services rather than tangible products
- Experience dealing with complex data
- Experience planning sales territories
- B2B sales experience is essential
- Experience applying a sales methodology, such as Challenger, SPIN, or SNAP
What We Offer:
- Basic salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)
