Global Business Development Manager

CSA Group is seeking an experienced Global Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for establishing new account relationships, prospecting for new customers, and developing business strategies to win clients.
Key Responsibilities- Establish new account relationships to meet sales targets by emphasizing the entire value chain of CSA Group services.
- Independently prospect for new customers within assigned territories using various lead generation and direct solicitation methods.
- Prospecting, quoting, and sales targets are determined on a yearly basis.
- Contact former CSA Group customers lost to other agencies to attempt to regain work.
- Prepare written proposals of cost for services for clients, working with Technical Specialists and Operations staff.
- Participate in associations and outside organizations deemed appropriate by management.
- Establish and maintain a list of contacts based on experience, historic utilization reputation, influence, and personal judgment.
- Provide periodic written reports on calls, customer contact, proposals, quotes, expenses, travel, and tradeshow activities.
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 or more years of Sales experience or equivalent industry experience.
- Prior experience with sales CRM tracking software a plus.
- Proven ability to consistently exceed sales goals.
- Proven experience dealing with large organizations at senior level.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000-$150,000 depending on experience.
