Talent Management Administrator

We are currently looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team at CJ Retail Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of HR administration, including employee onboarding, training, and benefits. Additionally, they will provide support for employee relations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the company's HR management system and associated administrative tasks
- Manage the IHASCO company/employee training system and scheduling inductions
- Handle employee start-ups, move-outs, terminations, and other personnel changes
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organisational abilities, and effective communication
Benefits
- Salary range: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum, pro-rata (£12.00 - £13.50 per hour)
- Generous holiday entitlement, including bank holidays and your birthday (pro-rata)
