**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate talent projects, from planning to execution, focusing on recruitment, early careers, DE&I, and leadership.
- Gather and analyse data for insights to support talent management decisions.
- Manage logistics for events and interviews, promoting our brand.
- Collaborate with teams and external partners to deliver projects effectively.
**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**:
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Understanding of social media for recruitment and engagement.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
- Ability to build relationships, organise effectively, and work independently or collaboratively.
