**Description**:
Working as part of the Talent Team within the HR function, you'll act as the glue, by supporting with key project delivery. Your role is pivotal as you’ll coordinate and promote initiatives internally and with supplier partners.

- **Our roadmap**. With the volume of projects, you’ll enjoy multi-tasking between them, focusing on your deliverables and keeping them together.
- **People & Relationships.** Getting to know all of the stakeholders involved in projects, and engaging them to get into their diaries for the magic to happen. Getting to know the strengths and needs of our external partners is as important in achieving our goals as the internal stakeholders.
- **Problem Solving**. Some projects will be complex and mean you have to work to find the right path. You’ll enjoy taking apart each piece so you can add value and clarity to move projects forward..

**Key Role Accountabilities**:

- Act as the coordinator for all talent projects, spanning recruitment, early careers and leadership.
- Work with the team, people partners and external partners to coordinate the delivery of exciting events, which incudes, the set-up of course dates, invitations, venues and materials, tracking spend against budgets and promoting events internally via social media.
- Work with the early careers manager to recruit and onboard the annual apprentice cohorts, track the progress of apprentices across the Group and measure the delivery of the training with the suppliers.
- Support the building of relationships with schools, colleges and universities relevant to our communities and sector to attract and engage our future talent.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners who support career changes, such as ex-Armed Forces, to open Breedon up to a more diverse workforce.
- Working with People Partners to represent Breedon at events that bring opportunities to attract future talent into the organisation. This includes the sharing of volunteering opportunities.
- Liaise with PAs, leadership teams and operational teams across the Group to ensure the smooth delivery

**Strengths you'll bring**:

- Clear and strong communication skills - both orally and in writing.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of social media and internal media
- Consistent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience of developing reports.
- Ability to build and maintain good working relationships across different levels in the business.
- Well-developed organisational, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work under own initiative whilst recognising limitation of experience or expertise.
