Quarry Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Quarry Supervisor to join our team at 4K Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our quarries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support management with production and extraction activities
  • Ensure Health & Safety protocols are adhered to at all times
  • Produce risk assessments and conduct H&S inspections
  • Plan and organize the workforce and workloads
  • Perform administrative duties such as report production, record updates, and budget control
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience working in quarries
  • Experience in a supervisory or team leader role is highly desirable
  • A minimum of IOSH qualification is preferred
  • Good IT skills and a driving license are essential
