Job Description

We are seeking a Quarry Supervisor to join our team at Raisby Quarry. The primary duty for this role will be to support the Quarry Manager with the safe and efficient management and operation of the Quarry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Quarry Manager with the safe and efficient management and operation of the Quarry.
  • Manage production and extraction activities, troubleshoot technical problems, and oversee planning of day-to-day operations in conjunction with other departments across site.
  • Conduct risk assessments and health and safety inspections and demonstrate leadership in safety.
  • Perform administrative duties, including writing reports, updating records, procurement, and budget control.
  • Plan and organise work in a time-efficient fashion.
Requirements
  • Background in the extractive industry.
  • Familiarity with the extractive process.
  • Strong focus on safety and interpersonal skills.
