Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Quarry Operative to contribute to our operations. This role is key to ensuring the efficient extraction and processing of materials. As part of our dynamic team, you'll contribute to the production of essential construction materials that build communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain quarry machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement quality control measures to guarantee the quality of materials and adherence to safety protocols.
- Load materials, manage supplies, and maintain the cleanliness of the site to ensure a safe working environment.
- Act as a responsible person on site in the manager's absence, ensuring the smooth operation of the site.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role within the construction materials industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
