Senior Corporate Actions Specialist

As a Senior Corporate Actions Specialist at Equiniti, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of Corporate Actions tasks. This involves supporting Task Specialists to ensure procedures are followed within an ISO 9001 framework, regulations are adhered to, risks assessed and mitigated, and tasks meet required Service and Quality Standards.

Key responsibilities include assessing the bespoke nature of tasks, developing and implementing new procedures or variations as needed, and performing parts of the Corporate Actions process, particularly linked to governance. You will also be responsible for organising and delivering training to less experienced team members, providing feedback to Task Specialists line management, and working autonomously or in conjunction with the Technical Manager and other teams as required.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of Corporate Action product and Stock Market expectations knowledge, as well as the ability to maintain good PC skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. You will also be expected to have good verbal and written communications skills to internal and external stakeholders, and be proactive, self-motivated, and maintain a positive attitude.
