At Equiniti, we are seeking a skilled Corporate Actions Specialist to join our team. This role will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Corporate Actions delivery, ensuring that procedures are followed within an ISO 9001 framework, regulations are adhered to, risks assessed and mitigated, and tasks meet required Service and Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Task Specialists to ensure procedures are followed and tasks meet required standards.
  • Assess and develop new procedures or variations as needed.
  • Perform parts of the Corporate Actions process, particularly linked to governance, and identify and resolve issues.
  • Organise and deliver training to less experienced team members, as required.
  • Work autonomously and/or in conjunction with the Technical Manager and other teams as required.

Requirements:

  • Develop and maintain Corporate Action product and Stock Market expectations knowledge.
  • Embrace procedures and the ISO mindset to ensure consistency and audit adherence.
  • Develop and maintain good PC skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Governance driven to ensure appropriate processes are followed, authorities obtained, and risks mitigated.
  • Good verbal and written communications skills to internal and external stakeholders.
