Job Title: Task Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Task Specialist to join our Executive and Discretionary Share Plans Settlements Team at Equiniti. As a key member of the team, you will provide technical guidance and support to our customers and clients, ensuring the efficient delivery of their bespoke requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and mentor team members to share best practice and improve service quality.
- Work closely with the Team Manager to ensure all tasks are delivered accurately and on time.
- Attend meetings and calls with internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Check and sign off work items and specialist tasks.
- Act as an escalation point for the team and provide technical guidance and advice to team members, CRMs, and Implementation Managers.
- Build strong working relationships with CRM/RM's and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Produce team MI to be shared with relevant stakeholders.
- Own team procedures and conduct regular reviews of these.
- Support with ad hoc tasks as requested by the Senior Manager.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated with the ability to stay focused and work well under pressure.
- Technical knowledge of systems and Share Plans.
- Strong customer service focus and high level of attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own and team's priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and motivate.
- Commitment to continuous improvement culture.
