Job Title: Task Specialist

Equiniti is a leading international provider of shareholder, pension, remediation, and credit technology. With over 6000 employees, it supports 37 million people in 120 countries.

We are seeking a highly skilled Task Specialist to join our Executive and Discretionary Share Plans Settlements Team. The successful candidate will provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring the efficient delivery of tasks and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and mentor team members to share best practices and improve service quality
  • Work closely with the Team Manager to ensure all tasks are delivered accurately and on time
  • Attend meetings and calls with internal and external stakeholders as required
  • Check and sign off work items and specialist tasks
  • Act as an escalation point for the team
  • Identify and implement changes to improve service quality and process efficiency
  • Provide technical guidance and advice to team members, CRMs, and Implementation Managers
  • Build strong working relationships with CRM/RM's and other key stakeholders
  • Produce team MI to share with relevant stakeholders
  • Own team procedures and conduct regular reviews
  • Support Senior Management with centrally driven changes

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Stakeholder management skills
