Job Summary

As a National Account Executive at Princes Limited, you will be responsible for managing national accounts to achieve annual turnover, volume, and profit growth targets through strategic planning, business development, and customer relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure annual turnover, volume, and profit growth targets are achieved.
  • Develop business plans to match the Princes proposition with customer needs.
  • Create, implement, review, and revise customer business plans to drive sales and volume budgets.
  • Manage all aspects of the account including product launches, promotional activities, and sales forecasting.
  • Implement tight account management and administrative procedures including S spend, debtors, and sales forecasting.
  • Develop customer relationships and raise awareness of the Princes Organisation and brand portfolio via professional conduct and entertainment plans.
  • Maintain a long-term view to account management to ensure actions are in line with business and customer interests.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and drive them through the business.
  • Deputise for the General Sales Manager as required.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate extensive account management experience preferably in the food or drink industry.
  • Commercial experience of retail / CFI customers would be an advantage.
  • Graduate calibre with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels, excellent organisational and time management skills, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and achievement orientated with a high level of numeracy and knowledge of SAP.
  • Project management experience would be an advantage and must maintain product Food Safety, Legality, Integrity, Authenticity, and Quality standards.
