**Front of House Operations**: We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Reception Operations Manager to join our team at Top Recruit in Cambridge.

This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary between £25,000 and £30,000 per annum. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare or beauty industry and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

As Reception Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our front of house, including reception duties, appointment management, database maintenance, and client experience.

You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations and deliver exceptional client experiences. Your ability to handle client feedback and complaints professionally, as well as maintain accurate client records, is essential.
