Role Overview
The Reception and Concierge Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless customer experience at our client's premises. As a Front of House Services, Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling inquiries, and providing assistance to staff and visitors.

Responsibilities and Expectations
• Greet clients, staff, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains clean and organized
• Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner
• Coordinate events and meetings as required

Working Conditions and Requirements
• Shift pattern: Monday to Friday
• 45 hours per week
• Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
