Key Account Manager Opportunity

Corecruitment is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our client's team in the foodservice wholesale business. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with a portfolio of key accounts to drive business growth in designated regions.

The ideal candidate will have proven Key Account Management sales experience within the Foodservice and FMCG industries, with a strong network across the region and the ability to influence at various stakeholder levels. They will also possess strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and business challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales within existing accounts and develop strategies to penetrate new accounts within the foodservice sector.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and terms, ensuring both company profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly gather feedback from clients to improve service levels, product offerings, and solutions that align with their needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., supply chain, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth delivery of services and products.
  • Monitor account performance, create sales forecasts, and report on key metrics and account health to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven Key Account Management sales experience within the Foodservice and FMCG industries.
  • Strong network across the region and ability to influence at various stakeholder levels.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to travel when required.
