About the Role
We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team at Rubix UKII. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for programming offline to ensure maximum machine output and overseeing the machines while they execute tasks. You will also need to make necessary changes to produce improved results and check machinery on a daily basis to guarantee functionality.

This role requires a high degree of precision and attention to detail, as well as strong communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to translate mechanical documents and engineering drawings, with a goal-driven attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.

The salary for this role is approximately £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and overtime pay.
