As a Talent Management Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Staffing Lab Limited's workforce. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and leadership development.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. You will work closely with departmental heads to identify skill gaps and develop training programs to address them.
This role comes with a salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. You will also receive a generous benefits package, including a bonus scheme and flexible working hours.
