Senior Learning Disability and Autism Service Leader

Job Overview
Elysium Healthcare, a leading provider of specialist care services, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Senior Learning Disability and Autism Service Leader.
This permanent position will be based at our Bradley Complex Care service in Grimsby, where you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who share your passion for delivering high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
About the Role
As a Senior Learning Disability and Autism Service Leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership and management to both clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure the delivery of excellent healthcare services.
You will also be required to deputise for the Hospital Director, attending internal and external meetings with key stakeholders, and ensuring the site's compliance with all regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing strong and robust leadership in the hospital environment
- Responsibility for budgetary oversight with the Hospital Director
- Promoting and safeguarding the well-being and interests of all service users, employees, and visitors
- Ensuring the site is compliant with all Regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements
- Completing regulatory notifications
- Completing SUI's and investigations
Requirements
- Experience as a Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin
- Experience working in learning disabilities and autism settings
- Ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Awareness of the wider Healthcare economy and political environment
- A detailed understanding of statutory regulations
- Ability to oversee and deliver site projects
