Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Contact Centre Advisor to join our team. As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and make recommendations to customers

Requirements
