Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 per annum, based on experience. This salary reflects the value we place on attracting and retaining top performers who can drive business growth.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Business Development to lead our pricing and commercial strategy. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in developing and executing overall commercial strategies, aligning with business goals and market trends. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field is required, along with proven experience in a senior commercial or pricing role within a consultancy business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the overall commercial strategy, aligning with business goals and market trends.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate closely with sales, operational, and finance teams to ensure alignment of pricing strategies with overall business plans.
• Lead and mentor project management and delivery performance teams, fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a senior commercial or pricing role within a consultancy business.
• Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
