Job Title: Trainee Recruitment ConsultantWe're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing new and existing business by identifying and establishing client relationships, making business to business outbound sales calls, and sourcing and recruiting staff for temporary bookings.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively develop new and existing business by identifying and establishing client relationships
- Business to business outbound sales calls and working to targets
- Travelling to visit clients for meetings, requiring a driver's license and access to a car
- Sourcing and recruiting staff for temporary bookings
- Managing existing Accounts and relationships
- Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systems
- Salary basic up to 28k basic + uncapped bonus (dependent on experience)
- Hybrid working - 2 days from the Newbury office and 3 days working from home
- Performance-based quarterly salary reviews as a Recruitment Consultant and clear career path
- Dedicated structured support for new starters, including performance and development support, goal setting, and advice on navigating your way through your new job
