Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for leading the front desk team and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services and Front Desk Operations
    • Manage day-to-day front desk operations, ensuring high-quality service and meeting customer expectations.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to hotel policies.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Lead and motivate the front desk team to achieve exceptional customer service and sales goals.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with regular guests and ensure their needs are met.
    • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Hotel Operations and Administration
    • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
    • Ensure accurate and efficient handling of guest transactions and payments.
    • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and complaints.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve guest complaints and issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
